  • $550 non-BOMA Columbus Members

** Register early!! On March 15th unsold booths open to non-BOMA members. Deadline for booth sales is April 7, 2023, or until sold out.

Vendor Expo Floor Plan

Booths include: Your booth inside the exhibit hall includes one 8’ table and 2 chairs. (In a sellout situation, booths in the Foyer will be 6' tables.) You may opt to not have a table when you complete the exhibit registration form. By purchasing a booth, you have already registered to attend. Exhibitor provides: Table coverings are not included in the booth price. You may rent one for $30 or you may choose to bring your own at no cost. Electricity is in limited supply, located mostly around the perimeter of the room. It may not be available for you even if you request it, so please plan accordingly. You may bring extension cords, but they must be heavy duty and you must supply tape to secure them. There is no pipe and drape so if you need to hang anything please bring your own stand.

Show Hours: 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Set up: Set up begins at 10:30 am and you must be finished by 12:45 pm. There is one main entrance that you can use to enter the building. We ask that you unload your booth as quickly as possible and then move your car to the garage across the street. Parking is free and covered. Please note we will not be able to accommodate any heavy equipment, trucks or outdoor equipment at this venue.

Door prizes: Door prizes should be managed at your booth by collecting business cards for attendees that stop by to visit. You will select the winners during the expo and directly notify them of their prize. It’s a great opportunity to make a follow-up contact!  Please note, often attendees may run out of business cards so you should plan to bring extra paper so they can provide their name and contact information.

Food and Beverages:  Complimentary hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar will be available at 1:00 pm. Please remember, like previous years you cannot run tabs. Each drink must be paid for when ordered. 

Exhibitor Directory:  A directory will be given to every attendee of the show. Your name, company, address, email, phone number, booth number and what you are exhibiting, will be listed in the event directory as it is entered on the exhibit registration form.
