TOBY/BOMA360 Workshop
Join BOMA Columbus for an upcoming TOBY Awards Competition and BOMA 360 Workshop and Interest Meeting onTuesday, April 28, 2026, from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at Northwoods One - 7965 N. High Street, Columbus, OH 43235. This is a hands-on workshop for the TOBY Awards Competition and BOMA 360 Performance Program. It will walk through each step from creating a profile inside the BOMA International TOBY/360 portal, discussing submittal requirements, answering questions, and expectations as you begin your journey. Goal is to set you up for success and get you started on the path to enter your buildings(s). Hands on workshop. Highly encourage for the Property Manager and their Admin to attend together. BRING YOUR LAPTOPS!
Bring a laptop! Lunch will be provided thanks to our sponsors, LandCare & Innovative Roofing Systems. Open to all property managers and Admins interested in entering their building into the TOBY Awards Competition and/or obtaining the BOMA 360 building designation.
