The Metro Center Revitalization Plan illustrates the vision for a new identity and comprehensive approach to guide future development in Metro Center. The Plan includes an urban design framework and design guidelines with recommendations for open space, mobility, and development elements help guide the implementation of the vision for revitalization. The plan provides a basis for evaluating future development projects to ensure each development is reviewed as part of an integrated whole. Metro Center will again become a landmark for the City, bringing together residents, visitors and workforce members in a distinctive area where people gather for work, celebrate community and explore nature.
