Every property manager is looking for ways to make his or her property more efficient and desirable for the tenants and therefore more profitable for the owner.  To kick off the new year we have asked Joel Corley Director of the BOMA International 360 Program to speak on this at the January luncheon.  He will share details that demonstrate how a 360 designation can improve the function of your buildings and gain greater revenue for your owners.

As always the luncheon begins with networking at 11:30 am, lunch at noon and the presentation at 12:30 with Q & A following.  We adjourn at 1 p.m. Registration is open now and will close at 5 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 12th.  We have extended an invitation to all the BOMA Ohio chapters to attend our luncheon.

Joel's bio follows:

Joel Corley is Director of the BOMA 360 Program and oversees all aspects of the designation. He began his career with BOMA in 2009, working in the Advocacy department and also assisting in the development of the BOMA 360 Program. As director of the program, he has assessed nearly a half-billion square feet of commercial office space, covering properties in over 60 global markets including the U.S., Canada, Japan, China and Colombia, evaluating operational performance practices of property management, and consulting on areas of improvement.
