Downtown Buildings Receive Coveted TOBY Awards

Two of downtown Columbus' most recognizable buildings received TOBY awards at the Building Owners and Managers Association of Columbus gala award ceremony held October 25, 2012. The local winners were Capitol Square at 65 E. State Street in the 250,000 to 499,000 sq.ft. category. Managed by Hertz Invetsment Group.  The second winner is Nationwide Mutual Insurance located at One and Three Nationwide Plaza.  Managed by Nationwide Realty the award was given for Corporate Headquarters.

The TOBY is a salute to excellence in the office building industry and is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in commercial real estate.
